The first month of the new year is complete and now is the perfect time to start focusing on your business plan and put your next steps in action.  The Aubrey Local Business Accelerator has two upcoming classes open to participation from Aubrey area small business owners and entrepreneurs.

The sessions are in the evening, which is perfect for those busy entrepreneurs and business owners who can’t escape work during the day. They will feature experienced guest speakers sharing their expertise and best practices for success. If you are an entrepreneur or small business owner, register to attend! Programming Schedule:

 Feb 4:     Launching Your Local Business in Aubrey – Navigating the opening of your brick-and-mortar business from site selection to permit requirements and local incentives and resources available for businesses.

Feb 11:    Franchise Fundamentals – Panel discussion exploring the pros and cons of owning a franchise vs. independent ownership and some great business advice from experienced local entrepreneurs.

Featured speaker sessions are approximately 40 minutes and start at 6 pm. The ALBA program classes are held in the Community Center at 226 Countryside Drive in Aubrey. RSVPs are required at least one day in advance so program facilitators can plan for seating.
